HKUST School of Science and UniPro Technology Limited Forge Collaboration on Digital Finance Research and Industry-Academia Exchange

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology School of Science and UniPro Technology Limited have signed a collaboration agreement on digital finance research and industry-academia exchange.

The partnership draws on strengths in the Department of Mathematics — including financial mathematics, data science and statistics — and will create internships, joint projects and visiting researcher opportunities.

Interdisciplinary programs such as Risk Management and Business Intelligence (RMBI) and Mathematics and Economics (MAEC) position School of Science students to contribute at the intersection of quantitative science and the financial industry.
